When Brock Tully speaks, it’s your heart that listens. His message? “Be kind.” When you are kind to yourself and to others, things shift and life begins to change. His metaphors and messages are simple, yet thought provoking. We laughed, we cried, we contemplated. We felt our hearts open as Brock shared stories and messages of love, compassion and kindness. He lifted the veil from our black and white world to show us another one filled with colour. The theme of our workshop was “Creating a Culture of Kindness in the Workplace”. We left feeling inspired and committed to caring, supporting and being kind to one another. How great is that!
